Shopmonkey is one of the best-known names in the category. The question worth asking is not which has more features, but what each costs you in year two, after you hire.

Pricing note, September 2026: UGView's $129 flat is published on its own pricing page. For the others, prices move and tiers change — comparisons published this year put entry tiers for Shopmonkey, Tekmetric and AutoLeap roughly in the $179–$239 per month range before add-ons, with per-user charges on some plans, but check each vendor's own pricing page for today's number rather than trusting any comparison table, including this one. The structural difference is the point: one flat price per shop, versus tiers that rise with users, features or add-ons.
Shopmonkey has more integrations, more people behind it, and a long public record. If your shortlist is about reducing risk, that record is the argument.
