UGView is $129 a month flat per shop with unlimited users, has a trial you can start yourself without a card or a demo call, runs in French as well as English with Québec GST/QST built in, and is made by a working repair shop in Pointe-Claire. It is small and has little public review history. The bigger platforms have more integrations, more people, and years of reviews — and they bill by tier or by seat.
Said plainly, because you will find out anyway: UGView is a small independent product with a few dozen shops on it, not a funded platform with thousands. It has almost no third-party review history yet. There is no dealership DMS integration, no heavy-truck or fleet module, and no multi-location group reporting. If you run several locations and need consolidated reporting across them, buy one of the bigger systems.
