What UGView does

One system for an independent repair shop. Everything below is included at $129 per month, flat, per shop — there are no feature tiers.

Smart appointment scheduling

A shop calendar built around bays and technicians rather than a generic diary. Customers can book themselves on a public page each shop gets, and requests land in an inbox the front desk approves. Confirmation and day-before reminder emails send on their own.

Professional invoicing

Repair orders become invoices or estimates without retyping. Parts pull from inventory, labour from the job, taxes are itemised per line with your registration numbers, and the customer gets a printed copy or an email with the PDF attached. Estimates can be approved or declined by the customer from a link.

Digital vehicle inspection

A checklist the technician fills on a tablet at the bay, with photos and video attached to the vehicle. Flagged items reach the front desk immediately, and the customer sees the evidence before approving the work.

Parts and inventory

Stock levels, suppliers, purchase orders, and ordering through Nexpart/NexLink so parts come back into the job with real cost, core and vendor rather than a typed guess.

Managed data migration

The UGView team imports your existing clients, vehicles and history for you rather than handing you a CSV template and wishing you luck.

Expenses and financial reporting

Business expenses with categories and receipts, revenue by day and by mechanic, labour sold, receivables ageing, GST/QST reporting and an accountant export. Revenue counts paid invoices only — an estimate never flatters the numbers.

The mechanic portal

A separate PIN login for the floor: today's jobs, clock in and out, inspections, photos. It sees the shop's own work and nothing else.

Automatic customer follow-up

Booking confirmation, day-before reminder, thank-you after payment, a "how is the car?" check-in a few days later that sends happy customers to your Google review page and unhappy ones to your dashboard instead, and a service reminder when a vehicle has not been in for months.
